• Proactively identify and resolve risks, misalignments, and dependencies to maintain program momentum

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Program Management experience
• Experience leading large, complex, cross-functional programs in product-led or technology-driven environments
• Demonstrated ability to influence decisions at the senior leadership level
• Strong strategic instincts with deep execution rigor
• Experience working across product, marketing, and engineering domains
