Principal Program Manager

Job Summary

Principal Program Manager, responsible for leading the execution of complex R&D programs and product releases in a full-time role, while driving process improvements and collaborating across teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex R&D programs and multi-product releases
• Drive change management activities and ensure timely decision-making
• Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across teams and initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• ~8 years of experience in product development organizations, with a minimum of 5 years in a Program or Project management role
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to engage in technical discussions
• Deep experience with Agile software development practices
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Smartsheet preferred
