Principal Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading complex product group initiatives, the full-time remote Principal Program Manager will manage planning, integration, implementation, and performance reporting while collaborating with business partners to ensure successful delivery of defined outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage the delivery of high-complexity programs using appropriate methodologies to achieve intended outcomes
• Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans to foster positive relationships and ensure stakeholder involvement
• Manage transformational change programs, identifying risks and implementing solutions to ensure program success

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 10 years related work experience, including at least 7 years in a project management role
• Strong analytical and strategic mindset with the ability to resolve complex issues
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple programs within a portfolio
• Experience with project management software and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
