Principal Program Manager

Job Summary

Driving large-scale program management initiatives, the full-time Principal Execution Program Manager will manage cross-functional projects focused on enhancing data center delivery efficiency while collaborating closely with engineering leaders and various teams in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional initiatives to enable scale through streamlined business processes and decision-making
• Leverage technical expertise in mechanical/electrical systems and networking to solve engineering challenges
• Drive business results by focusing on key performance indicators and ensuring projects are executed on time and within budget

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
• 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects
• Demonstrated leadership skills and experience working with large, diverse teams
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements
• Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
