Principal Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing the full lifecycle of client engagements, the full-time Principal Program Manager will oversee project delivery from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with client needs while working in a hybrid environment from Chicago, IL, or remotely from WI and MI.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project management activities, ensuring delivery on scope, time, and budget while implementing quality control measures
• Serve as the primary client contact, building relationships and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage project budgets, and design governance structures to monitor project health and compliance

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program or project management within a consulting environment
• Proven experience leading technical programs involving enterprise systems and integrations
• Recognized for delivery excellence with a strong track record of meeting commitments
• Deep expertise in delivery disciplines such as Agile or large-scale program delivery
• Eligible to work in the United States without limitation
