Principal Program Manager

Job Summary

Leading large, complex, cross-functional programs from inception to execution, the remote Principal Program Manager will drive strategic initiatives, overcome delivery roadblocks, and ensure alignment with corporate goals while collaborating with functional leaders and executives.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage the end-to-end lifecycle of significant programs, including scoping, execution, and post-launch measurement
• Act as a trusted partner to functional executives, providing support and serving as an escalation point for program-related issues
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to drive decision-making and accountability across teams

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading enterprise-level, cross-functional programs with successful outcomes
• Proven ability to lead through influence, building trust with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Strong executive communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and diplomatically
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Familiarity with AI systems and standard project/program management tools
