Principal Program Manager
Job Summary
Driving enterprise-scale programs in a remote full-time capacity, the Principal Program Manager will enhance Client Support efficiency and customer outcomes through AI-enabled process transformation, business analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve customer lifecycle handoffs
- Lead business reviews and develop corrective action plans to enhance the customer experience

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field; PMP or similar certification preferred
- 8-10 years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, or a related analytical role
- Experience implementing AI tools and technology-enabled process improvements
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and business intelligence tools
- Strong analytical skills, including SQL and Excel, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
