Principal Program Manager
Job Summary
Leading strategic, cross-functional initiatives, the full-time Principal Program Manager will oversee the onboarding and integration of PayTV customers within TiVo's IPTV ecosystem, while collaborating with various teams to ensure successful product delivery and operational excellence in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex, multi-workstream programs for customer onboarding and launch of PayTV products and services
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure successful delivery of products across multiple integration phases
- Design and implement program management methodologies and governance frameworks to improve execution efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in program management, particularly in customer onboarding and systems integration
- Proven experience in Kanban Agile methodology and leading cross-functional initiatives
- Experience managing expectations for executive stakeholders and influencing decision-making across teams
- Strong technical acumen in technology, telecommunications, IPTV, streaming, media, or SaaS environments
