Principal Program Manager - Networking

Job Summary

Leading the strategic vision and delivery of networking infrastructure, the full-time Principal Program Manager - Networking will define product strategy, manage customer engagement, and oversee cross-functional initiatives in a remote-first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve the long-term product strategy for networking infrastructure, balancing customer needs and technical feasibility
• Conduct customer research to understand networking requirements and translate them into actionable specifications
• Manage product launches and cross-functional initiatives to deliver networking features and improvements

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in infrastructure, networking, or cloud platform products
• Deep technical understanding of networking technologies including Ethernet, InfiniBand, and routing protocols
• Experience managing products across multiple technical layers and balancing competing priorities
• Demonstrated ability to conduct customer discovery and synthesize feedback into product strategy
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making and metrics frameworks
