Principal Program Manager, Payments Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Program Manager, Product Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional programs across payment creation, routing, and settlement, managing dependencies, risks, and delivery
• Own execution and operational performance of the BFI Network, including partner onboarding and ongoing SLA management
• Define and track key payment health metrics to drive continuous improvement and operational visibility

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management or product operations within payments or fintech
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs across product delivery and operational systems
• Strong understanding of payments infrastructure and lifecycle management
• Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to automate workflows and improve efficiency
• Experience managing financial institution integrations, including APIs and compliance workflows
