Principal Program Planner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Program Planner.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of the Performance Measurement Baseline
• Provide schedule performance analysis to project teams and leadership
• Develop proposal schedules and support Integrated Baseline Reviews

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Strong proficiency in DoD Program Planning and Microsoft Project
• 6+ years of experience in Program/Master Planning and Scheduling with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of US Government schedule policies and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
• Experience in developing program Integrated Master Schedules
• Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
