Principal Program Planner

Job Summary

To support program excellence, the full-time Principal Program Planner will develop and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), conduct schedule risk analyses, and ensure compliance across functional groups in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of the Performance Measurement Baseline
• Provide actionable schedule performance analysis to project teams and leadership
• Conduct independent schedule assessments to identify risks and opportunities

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Program/Master Planning and Scheduling with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in DoD Program Planning and Critical Path methodology (CPM) using Microsoft Project
• Knowledge of US Government schedule policies and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) requirements
• Experience in developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for program baselines and proposals
• Ability to perform and present detailed Schedule Risk Analyses (SRAs)
