Principal Program Planner

Job Summary

To support the Program Excellence organization, the full-time Principal Program Planner will develop and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), perform schedule risk analyses, and ensure program schedules are integrated across functional groups in a hybrid work environment with both onsite and remote responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of the Performance Measurement Baseline and provide actionable schedule performance analysis
• Develop proposal schedules and conduct independent schedule assessments to identify risks and opportunities
• Participate in training and execution for customer Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) and ensure compliance with internal and industry requirements

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Program/Master Planning and Scheduling with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Expertise in DoD Program Planning, Critical Path methodology (CPM), and Microsoft Project
• Knowledge of US Government schedule policies and Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) requirements
• Experience in developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for program baselines and proposals
• Proficiency in performing and presenting detailed Schedule Risk Analyses (SRAs)
