Principal Project Control Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Project Control Engineer Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full program life cycle financials, including planning, tracking, analysis, invoicing support, and monthly forecasting
• Conduct variance and change management, providing financial analysis and managing project cost and schedule
• Develop and maintain financial models and oversee the project Risk Register while ensuring alignment with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 5-10 years of related work experience or equivalent work experience
• Working knowledge of software used in Project Controls, such as Excel and Costpoint
• Experience with fixed price vertical construction projects and federal contracts
• General understanding of GAAP principles
