Principal Project Control Manager

Job Summary

Leading a highly visible growth portfolio, the full-time remote Principal Project Control Manager will manage a team of project control specialists, oversee financial performance and forecasts, and provide guidance on complex financial challenges.

Key responsibilities:

• Implement standard tracking tools and coordinate deliverables within the project control team
• Maintain weekly financial status updates and facilitate meetings with program managers
• Analyze and develop monthly and quarterly financial forecasts and engineering cost estimates

Required qualifications:

• 4-year degree in Finance or Business Management or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of Federal Government Project Controls experience
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and financial modeling
• Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Hyperion, SAP BPC)
• Knowledge of project accounting and earned value management (EVM)
