Principal Project Controls Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Project Controls Manager to design and optimize project delivery standards and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement project controls standards and tools aligned with PMO objectives
• Collaborate with PMO leadership to develop governance frameworks for reporting on cost, schedule, risk, and performance
• Establish KPIs and deploy dashboards for monitoring portfolio health and project delivery performance

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, or Project Management
• MBA and/or PMP preferred
• 15+ years of experience in utilities or a regulated industry
• Proven experience in project controls, PMO operations, or program management
• Proficiency with project management and analytics tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, Power BI, Tableau)
