Principal Project Cost Controller

Job Summary

Principal Project Cost Controller, responsible for managing project cost controls activities for the LEU+ Project, working full-time and remotely while ensuring effective cost monitoring and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor costs on major construction projects and manage all cost control aspects
• Support forecast estimation and verify accuracy of actual costs including materials, labor, and expenses
• Collaborate with project teams and act as a cost controls contact for internal and external customers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or a related field
• 5 years of project cost controls experience in the nuclear industry or EPC projects
• Experience in project controls areas such as scheduling, risk management, or change control is beneficial
• Knowledge of project reporting, cost control, and engineering controls with experience in business systems like SAP, MSP, and Excel
