Principal Project Engineer

Job Summary

Leading multiple project-related tasks, the remote Principal Project Engineer will oversee project planning, design, implementation, and completion, ensuring alignment with commercial and contractual requirements while providing technical leadership to engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help develop engineering projects, ensuring agreement on goals and industry standards
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring delivery within scope
• Promote process improvements and the use of new technologies to enhance project efficiency

Required Qualifications:

• BS degree in Engineering or relevant field
• Prior Westinghouse AP1000 experience required
• 7+ years of experience in project engineering/management roles with complex project leadership
• Knowledge of nuclear industry standards, rules, regulations, and best practices
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or PMP certification is helpful
