Principal Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing large and complex projects within Information Technology, the full-time Principal Project Manager will lead teams focused on Revenue Cycle applications, ensuring alignment with project objectives while collaborating across divisions in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute diverse IT projects, reporting progress to senior leadership
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout project lifecycles
• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Operations, or Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 8 years of Project Management experience in healthcare or IT, leading large, complex projects
• Experience applying Project Management methodologies and process improvement techniques
• Proven ability to facilitate decision-making among multiple executive stakeholders
• Experience in business development and strategic planning, including marketing and financial planning
