Principal Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing large, diverse, and complex projects remotely, the full-time Principal Project Manager will lead teams in Information Technology with a focus on Revenue Cycle applications, ensuring alignment with project objectives while identifying risks and facilitating collaboration across stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute large-scale projects across multiple divisions
• Report project progress and issues to senior leadership while ensuring alignment with objectives
• Facilitate collaboration and decision-making among diverse executive stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Operations, or Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 8 years of Project Management experience in healthcare, IT, or related fields, leading complex projects
• Experience applying Project Management methodologies and process improvement techniques
• Proven ability to facilitate decision-making among multiple executive stakeholders
• Experience in business development, strategic planning, and execution
