Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Project Manager - Temporary.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a standardized project management methodology tailored to organizational needs
• Lead process optimization initiatives and analyze current business processes for inefficiencies
• Manage capacity and demand for IT resources to support work execution and resource planning

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project management, process improvement, and business analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• PMP and/or relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Agile are required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Deep expertise in process mapping and data analysis using improvement methodologies
• Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to influence organizational change
