A company is looking for a Principal Project Manager to build and scale its Project Management Office (PMO).

• Help build and evolve PMO frameworks and operating mechanisms

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in leading complex, cross-functional programs
• Proven track record of managing high-visibility work with senior stakeholders
• Experience in building or evolving operational frameworks across teams
• Strong ability to connect execution to business outcomes and priorities
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to influence and build trust
