Principal Project Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing the health and operational management of the Product Development portfolio, the full-time remote Principal Project Manager will design governance frameworks, maintain visibility across initiatives, and provide strategic insights to leadership while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain visibility across all active and planned initiatives within the Product Development portfolio
• Develop resource planning and forecasting models to identify potential bottlenecks and resource constraints
• Establish frameworks for tracking project costs and analyze portfolio performance for efficiency improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, Engineering, Technology, Education, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Portfolio Management, or related disciplines
• Experience managing complex portfolios with multiple cross-functional teams and concurrent initiatives
• Demonstrated success in building governance frameworks and operational processes
• Strong experience with resource planning, capacity forecasting, and executive reporting
