Job Summary

Managing large and complex IT projects remotely, the full-time Principal Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams, ensure alignment with project objectives, and handle change management while collaborating with operational stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute large-scale projects across multiple divisions
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate decision-making among executive stakeholders with varying priorities

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Operations, or Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of project management experience in healthcare or IT, leading complex projects
• Experience applying project management methodologies and process improvement techniques
• Proven ability to present professionally at conferences and meetings
• Background in business development, strategic planning, and financial planning
