Principal Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing large and complex IT projects remotely, the full-time Principal Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams, ensure project alignment with objectives, and proactively identify risks while collaborating with operational stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute diverse projects across multiple divisions in Information Technology
• Facilitate complex decision-making processes among executive stakeholders with varying interests
• Implement change management strategies for project teams and impacted users throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Operations, or Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of project management experience in healthcare, IT, or relevant industries, leading large and complex projects
• Experience applying project management methodologies and incorporating process improvement strategies
• Proficient in professional presentations at conferences and meetings
• Background in business development, strategic planning, and execution
