Principal Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing large and complex projects across multiple divisions, the full-time remote Principal Project Manager will plan, organize, and lead cross-functional teams while ensuring alignment with project objectives and effective change management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage diverse projects in Information Technology, collaborating with operational stakeholders
• Identify potential risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate complex decision-making among executive stakeholders with varying interests and priorities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Operations, or Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of project management experience in healthcare or IT, leading large and complex projects
• Experience applying project management methodologies and incorporating process improvement methodologies
• Proven ability to present professionally in environments such as conferences and meetings
• Experience in business development and strategic planning, including marketing and financial planning
