Job Summary

Managing large, diverse, and complex projects remotely, the full-time Principal Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams in Information Technology, ensuring alignment with project objectives while identifying and mitigating potential risks.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and lead cross-functional project teams across multiple divisions
• Facilitate complex decision-making among executive stakeholders with varying interests
• Implement change management strategies for project teams and impacted users throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Operations, or Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of project management experience in healthcare or information technology, leading large and complex projects
• Experience applying project management methodologies and incorporating process improvement strategies
• Proficiency in professional presentations at conferences and meetings
• Background in business development, strategic planning, and execution
