Principal Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing large, diverse, and complex projects remotely, the full-time Principal Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams, ensure project alignment with objectives, and handle change management while collaborating with operational stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and lead project tasks across multiple divisions in Information Technology
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate complex decision-making among executive stakeholders with varying interests

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Operations, or Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 8 or more years of project management experience in healthcare or IT, leading large and complex projects
• Experience applying project management methodologies and process improvement techniques
• Proficiency in facilitating decision-making among executive stakeholders
• Experience in business development and strategic planning
