Principal Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing large and complex projects across multiple divisions, the full-time remote Principal Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams, ensure alignment with project objectives, and proactively identify risks for mitigation.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute diverse IT projects in collaboration with operational stakeholders
• Facilitate complex decision-making among executive stakeholders with varying interests
• Implement change management strategies for project teams and impacted users throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Operations, or Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of project management experience in healthcare or IT, leading large-scale projects
• Experience applying project management methodologies and process improvement techniques
• Proven ability to deliver presentations in professional settings
• Experience in business development and strategic planning, including marketing and financial planning
