Principal Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing large and complex projects in Information Technology, the full-time remote Principal Project Manager will lead teams focused on Revenue Cycle applications, ensuring alignment with project objectives while identifying risks and facilitating collaboration across divisions.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute diverse IT projects across multiple functional areas
• Report project progress and challenges to senior leadership, ensuring effective communication
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout project lifecycles

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Operations, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 8 years of Project Management experience in healthcare, IT, or relevant industries
• Experience applying Project Management methodologies and incorporating process improvement techniques
• Ability to facilitate complex decision-making among executive stakeholders
• Experience in business development and strategic planning
