Principal Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing large and complex projects in Information Technology with a focus on Revenue Cycle applications, the full-time Principal Project Manager will lead diverse teams, collaborate with stakeholders, and report to senior leadership while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute project tasks across multiple divisions and functional areas
• Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring alignment with project objectives
• Facilitate collaboration and decision-making among executive stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Operations, or Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 8 years of Project Management experience in healthcare or information technology, leading large and complex projects
• Experience applying Project Management methodologies and process improvement methodologies
• Proficiency in facilitating complex decision-making among diverse stakeholders
• Experience in business development and strategic planning, including marketing and financial planning
