Principal Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing large, diverse, and complex projects in Information Technology, the full-time remote Principal Project Manager will lead teams focused on Revenue Cycle applications, ensuring alignment with project objectives while identifying risks and facilitating collaboration across stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute project tasks across multiple divisions and functional areas
• Report project progress and issues to senior leadership while pre-emptively identifying risks for mitigation
• Facilitate collaboration among teams and stakeholders to drive project success

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Operations, or Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 8 years of Project Management experience in healthcare, IT, or relevant industries, leading large and complex projects
• Experience applying Project Management methodologies and incorporating process improvement methodologies
• Proven ability to facilitate complex decision-making among executive stakeholders
• Experience in business development, strategic planning, and execution
