Principal Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing large, diverse, and complex projects in Information Technology, the full-time remote Principal Project Manager will focus on Revenue Cycle applications, leading teams, facilitating collaboration, and reporting to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and lead project teams to achieve project objectives
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout project execution
• Facilitate collaboration among multiple divisions and stakeholders to ensure project alignment

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Operations, or Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 8 years of Project Management experience in healthcare or IT, leading large and complex projects
• Experience applying Project Management methodologies and process improvement techniques
• Proven ability to facilitate decision-making among executive stakeholders
• Experience in business development and strategic planning
