Principal Project Manager

Job Summary

Leading the execution of complex and strategic projects, the full-time remote Principal Project Manager will manage project risk, schedule delivery, and field execution excellence while coaching project teams and driving process improvements across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead risk identification and mitigation efforts for high-risk projects, facilitating formal project risk reviews
• Establish and oversee project execution plans, ensuring alignment of customer requirements and operational activities
• Conduct regular project reviews to validate installation progress and support project teams in overcoming execution barriers

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive project delivery experience
• Recognized subject matter expert in project execution with experience in leading strategic, complex projects
• Demonstrated success in coaching and developing project managers
• Expert-level knowledge of commercial construction, particularly in industrialized construction
• Proven ability to influence outcomes across multiple functional groups and drive process improvement initiatives
