Principal Project Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Project Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete PSA system contract setup and labor/expense-based project setup tasks
• Conduct project audits and assist project managers with financial setup compliance
• Act as a liaison between Project Operations and other departments, managing project change orders and training staff

Required Qualifications

• 5 - 7 years of related experience
• College degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong understanding of Professional Services and Managed Services Statement of Work constructs
• Project Accounting background or knowledge
• Proficiency in Project Accounting, Excel, and other Office products; familiarity with Microsoft Project and CRM systems is desired
