Principal Proposal Strategist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Proposal & Contract Strategist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full proposal lifecycle for strategic and complex RFPs/RFIs, providing strategic oversight and guidance
• Draft, review, and negotiate various strategic agreements while ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards
• Design and evolve governance frameworks and mentor team members on proposal and contract processes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Law, or related field (required)
• 10+ years of experience in contract research, medical device, or life sciences with increasing responsibility
• Demonstrated experience in governance, pricing strategy, or cross-functional commercial initiatives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems
• Strong knowledge of contract research budgets, risk frameworks, and regulatory environments
