Principal Purple Team Operator

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled Principal Purple Team Operator, this full-time remote position will plan and conduct emulations to validate enterprise security controls while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the organization's security posture.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously research new threats and TTPs, developing and conducting emulations based on findings
• Deploy and manage breach and attack simulation software, assisting with covert operations as needed
• Create, update, and maintain purple team playbooks and produce professional-grade reports on emulations and adversary operations

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in cybersecurity
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field(s) of study or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in offensive security or red teaming
• Proficient experience with enterprise-grade BAS solutions and familiarity with the MITRE ATT&CK Navigator
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex concepts effectively
