Required Qualifications

• 7-8+ years of experience in QA, with significant experience in principal or lead roles
• Proven experience in leading change management initiatives within QA or engineering
• Deep hands-on experience with test automation and release engineering
• Strong coding skills in Python, with experience using Playwright or Selenium
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and familiarity with observability tools
