Principal QA Engineer

Job Summary

To ensure high-quality software solutions, the full-time Principal QA Engineer will monitor the solutions-development process, identify defects, and collaborate with engineering teams to implement automated testing and continuous feedback mechanisms, with the flexibility to telecommute from any U.S. location.

Key responsibilities

• Design, conduct, and execute tests prior to launch to ensure solutions meet quality standards
• Collaborate with software and infrastructure engineers to establish automated testing pipelines
• Analyze test results and provide recommendations for continuous improvement in testing processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Seven years of progressive experience in QA engineering or a related position
• Proficiency in QA automation using JAVA with Selenium and other automation tools
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Gitlab, Docker, and AWS EC2
• Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA, XRAY, and ALM
