Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Quality Assurance Technology Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as lead technical Quality Assurance consultant for a core health payer technology portfolio
Analyze, design, configure, debug, maintain new or existing functional test plans, regression test plans, performance test plans
Provide direction to a team of QA analysts made of full-time associates and contingent workers

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of related professional experience
Expertise in claims, membership, and provider data
Experience with agile, DevOps, IT Service Management, and other development and support processes and methodologies
In depth experience with and knowledge of: IT QA Best Practices
Knowledge, experience, and familiarity with: Healthcare Payer Domain, IT Service Management, Service Now, MS Teams, Jira
