Principal Quality Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the quality discipline remotely, the full-time Principal Quality Engineer will define quality principles and practices, establish validation architecture, and enhance release confidence within a complex clinical platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive quality strategy for the clinical platform
• Design validation systems to streamline testing processes and enhance reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence development practices and ensure quality outcomes

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in establishing or evolving a QA function with a focus on principles and tools
• Strong technical fluency in test automation, CI/CD, and testing infrastructure
• Ability to think in systems and manage risk models and failure modes
• Experience with exploratory testing and sound judgment on its application
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and defining structures in a dynamic environment
