Principal Quality Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Quality Engineer/Manager to lead the development of a comprehensive quality assurance strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing QA team, including hiring and mentoring
- Architect and implement test automation frameworks for enterprise applications
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define and manage the QA roadmap
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 8+ years of experience in QA, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing QA engineers or similar technical team members
- Deep experience with automated testing tools and scripting languages
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools
