Principal Quality Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Software Quality Engineer to establish and drive its software quality assurance strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the software quality strategy, integrating quality throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Lead the design and implementation of automated testing frameworks and oversee CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure compliance with nuclear industry regulatory requirements and develop robust Validation & Verification (V&V) plans

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance or related fields
• Minimum of 5+ years in building and leading automated testing frameworks for complex software systems
• Experience in the nuclear energy industry or another highly regulated, safety-critical sector
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, C++)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and test management tools
