Principal R Programmer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal R Programmer in a FTE setup to join a Hematology team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Tables, Listings, and Figures (TLFs) using R, ensuring compliance with existing templates or programming from scratch
• Author and maintain reusable R macros/functions to enhance programming efficiency
• Validate R-based outputs against SAS results to ensure consistency and compliance

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Life Sciences, or related field with 8+ years of clinical programming experience; Master's degree with 7+ years
• Strong experience with R, including custom macros/functions and workflow automation
• Ability to validate deliverables using SAS with a working knowledge of SAS for verification tasks
• Proven experience in the Hematology/Oncology therapeutic area
• Solid understanding of ICH-GCP, clinical trial processes, and regulatory requirements
