Principal R Programmer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal R Programmer to analyze and report clinical trial data.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and validate R programs for statistical analysis and reporting of clinical trial data
• Collaborate with biostatisticians to create analysis plans and apply statistical methods
• Perform quality control checks and assist in the preparation of statistical reports and regulatory submissions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
• Significant experience in PK/PD statistical programming within the clinical research or pharmaceutical industry, using R
• Advanced proficiency in R programming, including tidyverse, ggplot2, Markdown, Quarto, and Shiny
• Knowledge of CDISC standards (SEND, SDTM, and ADaM) and PK/PD concepts
• Experience visualizing and presenting data for stakeholders or clients
