Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal, RCM Client Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage strategic client relationships and ensure delivery excellence in Revenue Cycle Management
• Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights through data reporting and analytics
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive client success and resolve operational challenges

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations, analytics, or client account management
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and a strong track record of client success
• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of database principles and data structures
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with business intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Knowledge of HIPAA, healthcare terminology, and payer reimbursement methodologies
