A company is looking for a Principal R&D Engineer to drive innovation in maritime technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Engineering or related field
• 8+ years in advanced engineering, with experience in R&D or new technology development
• Deep expertise in areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Marine systems, or vehicle autonomy
• Demonstrated track record of innovation, including patents or first-of-kind systems
• Self-directed and capable of translating open-ended challenges into structured technical execution
