Principal R&D Engineer

Job Summary

To support a new R&D initiative, the full-time Principal R&D Engineer will build, validate, and deploy software for customer-facing tools, collaborating with product leaders and shipping real products into live environments.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop customer-facing tools and rapid prototypes based on user needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand problems and shape solutions
• Make technical decisions that balance speed, learning, and product durability

Required qualifications:

• Demonstrated success in leading high-impact projects in fast-paced environments
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
• Prior exposure to large-scale systems and cloud-native platforms
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with a focus on shipping
• Ability to quickly translate product intent into working software
