Principal, Real World Data

Job Summary

To support the growth of Real World Data initiatives, the full-time remote Principal, Real World Data Sourcing & Partnerships will lead the identification, evaluation, and onboarding of strategic data sources and partnerships while collaborating with various internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage strategic leadership and execution of data sourcing initiatives aligned with business goals
• Evaluate potential data sources to ensure they meet organizational needs and support ROI
• Act as the primary contact between the Real World Data team and data partners, facilitating effective communication and partnership development

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 7+ years of relevant experience, or an Associate degree with 5+ years, or a Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in data partnerships or related fields
• 3+ years of experience in supporting data partnerships or strategic partnerships within life sciences or healthcare
• 3+ years of experience in developing and managing third-party partnership agreements
• 3+ years of experience with data management tools and technologies
• Knowledge of Real World Data, data governance principles, and HIPAA regulations
