Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Executive Recruiter who will serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders in hiring VP and above level talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end executive and senior leadership searches, including role definition and onboarding
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor, influencing role design and long-term workforce strategy
• Conduct market research to provide insights on leadership talent pools and hiring dynamics

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruiting experience focused on executive and senior leadership hiring (VP+)
• Proven success in leading complex and confidential executive searches
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders
• Expertise in sourcing, assessment, and selection for leadership roles
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and talent analytics
