Job Summary
A company is looking for a Principal Executive Recruiter who will serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders in hiring VP and above level talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end executive and senior leadership searches, including role definition and onboarding
- Serve as a trusted talent advisor, influencing role design and long-term workforce strategy
- Conduct market research to provide insights on leadership talent pools and hiring dynamics
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of recruiting experience focused on executive and senior leadership hiring (VP+)
- Proven success in leading complex and confidential executive searches
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders
- Expertise in sourcing, assessment, and selection for leadership roles
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and talent analytics
