Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of recruiting experience focused on executive and senior leadership hiring (VP+)
  • Proven success in leading complex and confidential executive searches
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders
  • Expertise in sourcing, assessment, and selection for leadership roles
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and talent analytics
